  1. General: By renting one of our hideaways, you agree to the terms outlined below. Confirming your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  2. Reservation and payments: reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Payment details and timing will be shown on your booking form. Failure to pay in full prior to arrival may result in cancellation.

  3. Cancellation policy: cancellation terms are shown on your booking form. Refunds, if applicable, will adhere to the property’s cancellation policy.

  4. Property use and care: renters agree to use the property responsibly and adhere to any house rules provided by the owners. Any damage caused during the stay is the renter’s responsibility.

  5. Check-in/check-out: check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking details. Late check-out may incur additional charges. Early check-in is subject to availability.

  6. Occupancy limits: the maximum number of guests in either Kotamba or Kumbuk is four (plus a baby).

  7. Pets and smoking: no pets, unless by prior agreement and no smoking inside the hideaways.

  8. Liability: the owners not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings during your stay. Renters are advised to secure personal insurance for their possessions.

  9. Complaints and disputes: please report any issues promptly to the owners. We will work to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.

  10. Changes to terms: we may update these terms as needed. Renters will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  11. Termination of agreement: we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if renters violate the terms outlined herein. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
